Refund and Returns Policy

30-Day Return and Exchange Policy:

We offer a free thirty (30) day return and exchange policy, with a 10% restocking fee. To be eligible, the product must be in the same condition as received. If the return exceeds 30 days from your purchase, a full refund or exchange cannot be provided.

Refunds:

  • All returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days from the delivered date.
  • Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
  • After processing, you will receive a product credit or a refund to the original payment method, depending on the return item’s condition.
  • Final sale items are ineligible for returns.

Return Eligibility:

  • Products must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Specialty or bulk items must be in the original packaging.

Ineligible Returns:

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Printed Custom Design
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange, please fill out this form.

Return Process:

  • Fill out our return form. Note: We are a small business; it might take a few days for us to respond.
  • Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • If rejected, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If no response is received within 10 days, defective items may be disposed of.

Restocking Fees:

  • A 10% processing/restocking fee applies to returns to cover processing and restocking costs.

Refund Processing:

  • All refunds will be applied to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 7 to 10 business days to process returns. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
  • You will be notified by email when your return is processed.

Late or Missing Refunds:
