Exchanges & Damaged Products
Need to change any items you have already purchased? A 5% to 10% processing/restocking fee is charged on some purchases. Please email us for a return label.
Be sure to include the following information with returns or exchanges:
Order# (or Packing List or Invoice)
Contact Phone Number
We recommend sending all returns by tracked parcel. Once the return is shipped to us, email us the Tracking#.
A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE or CLOSEOUT, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
Mandatory damage reporting requirement: Any visible damage purchaser must be reported within 72 hours of its delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange without a processing fee. Email photos of the damaged items to email@example.com.
