Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase, if not, we do offer a 30-day returns policy. If the return exceeds 30-days since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please note that all returns are subject to a 10% processing/restocking fee, and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item(s) must also be in the original packaging.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please fill out our return form. (Note: we are a small business, it might take a few days for us to respond.)

Once your return is received, processed, and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and if your return was approved or rejected.

If approved…

We will send you a return shipping label and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to print out. Don’t worry, we’ll take care of the shipping. 

 

If rejected…

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If no response is received within 10-days we will dispose of the defective items. 

 

REFUNDS

After we receive your return and inspect the condition, we will process your return. All refund will be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow at least 7 to 10 business days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please immediately contact us.

 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items CAN NOT be returned or exchanged:

  • Printed Custom Design
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange an exchange.
