Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase, if not, we offer a free thirty (30) day return and exchange policy, minus a 10% restocking fee.

The item must be in the same condition as received. If the return exceeds 30-days from your purchase, we are unable to provide a full refund or exchange.


We reserve the right to change, update, or modify our exchange and return policy without notice at anytime in order to better serve our customers and/or to comply with laws or regulations.

It is important for customers to regularly check our return policy to help avoid any misunderstandings or issues if a return or exchange is needed.



All returns must be returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

After your refund has been processed, depending on the condition of the return item, you will receive a product credit or the refund will be returned to original payment method.


Final sale item are in eligible for returns.

The product must be unused and in the same condition as received. For specialty or bulk items they must be in the original packaging.



The following items CAN NOT be returned or exchanged:

  • Printed Custom Designs
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange an exchange.



Fill out our return form (Note: we are a small business, it might take a few days for us to respond.)

Once your return is received, processed, and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item and if your return was approved or rejected.


If approved…

We will send you a return shipping label and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to print out. Don’t worry, we’ll take care of the shipping.


If rejected…

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If no response is received within 10-days we will dispose of the defective items.



We charge a 10% processing/restocking fee for returns. This fee covers the cost of processing the return and restocking the item.

All refund will be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow at least 7 to 10 business days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.



  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please immediately contact us.
