Exchanges & Damaged Products

EXCHANGES

Do you need to exchange or return any items you have already purchased?

A 5% to 10% processing/restocking fee may be charged on some purchases, please contact us.

 

EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS

You decided to exchange one product for another – great! 

We want to make this process as easy as possible for you. 

First, you will need the following information handy. 

Order# (or Packing List or Invoice)
Order Date
Customer Name
Customer Email
Contact Phone Number

Second, when you are ready fill out our exchange form. (Note: we are a small business, it might take a few days for us to respond.)

Once we receive and process your exchange request, we will send you a return shipping label. Don’t worry. We will take care of the shipping. 

Third, after we received the product back to our warehouse, and if the product has been unused, we will issues a store credit to your account. 

Please note, that a small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE or CLOSEOUT, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

 

GIFT EXCHANGES

You received a sticker gift that was not your cup of tea and you want to exchange it, what do you do?

First, awww 🥰, someone really likes you.

Second, no problem. All exchanges are the same process, just select the “was a gift” option. 

After the exchange as been received and processed, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please note, we only replace or exchange items if they are defective or damaged. In the rare cases, you may receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. We want to make it right.

Mandatory damage reporting requirement: Any visible damage purchaser must be reported within 72 hours of its delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange without a processing fee.

Email photos of the damaged items to info@koalescedesigns.com.

 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items CAN NOT be returned or exchanged:

  • Printed Custom Design
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange an exchange.
